Oversaw live event logistics and onsite execution for Live Nation, the world’s largest live entertainment company.
Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s largest live entertainment company, producing concerts and live events worldwide. In this role, I oversaw live event logistics, vendor management, and budgets, while supporting onsite execution and solving operational challenges in real time.
Behind the Scenes
Where were you?
Los Angeles, California
What’s the moment things went sideways?
Festival schedules moved fast, and artist availability could shift with very little notice. I had to stay flexible and adjust content shoots around live set times, sound checks, and whatever the artist’s team needed that day.
A crew or cast story that still gets told
Being in Arizona for the music festival with Jersey Mike’s was such a great time. After a long day of coordinating the activation, we got to end the night watching The Killers take the stage, a band I grew up loving. It was such a fun way to unwind with a crew I was still getting to know, after a great day of work.
What would a viewer never guess?
How many people are involved behind a single piece of branded content. Between the artist’s team, the brand partner, and our own crew, there were a lot of moving pieces to line up before we ever hit record.
What were you actually running day to day?
I coordinated logistics between content creators, musicians, and brand partners like Modelo and Jersey Mike’s, scheduling shoots around live performances and managing crew and gear on site at the festival grounds.
What are you proudest of on this one?
Getting to be part of bringing music and brand together in real time, and watching a piece of content go from the festival grounds to a finished product our partners were excited about.
