Ladies of London is a Bravo reality series following a group of women navigating friendship, romance, and status in London society. As Production Manager, I managed production logistics, vendor onboarding, budgets, and travel, and coordinated cross-functional teams across production, legal, finance, and IT to support efficient day-to-day operations.

What’s the moment things went sideways?
Setting up a show in London while all the prep work was happening in Los Angeles made keeping track of time zones its own challenge. It didn’t make things go sideways exactly, but it made staying on the same page as a team a lot harder. Then insurance got a surprise: one of the ladies had a pet Magpie living in her residence, which was a first for all of us. We had to figure out how to navigate filming around a wild animal, make sure the whole crew understood the protocols, and turn it into a true team effort.
A crew or cast story that still gets told
Day one of filming with the Magpie was one to remember. The whole crew showed up covered in hazmat suits and protective eyewear, ready for anything. The Magpie, meanwhile, couldn’t have cared less that we were there. It was one of those moments where being over prepared paid off.
What would a viewer never guess?
Even though our teams were on opposite sides of the world in completely different time zones, we all worked together as one. At the end of the day it’s on us to pull together and make something we’re all proud of, no matter how many hours apart we are.
What were you actually running day to day?
Each day was run by our VP of Unscripted Television at BBC, who led every meeting to keep all of us on the same page and make sure each department was contributing to the show’s success. I mostly worked with the accounting team to make sure the cast was being paid on time, and I stayed in constant contact with our insurance company to confirm we could do the activities we had planned, whether that was a weekend trip, a boat day, or filming at one of the talent’s houses.
What are you proudest of on this one?
This was such a fun show to be a part of. I got to join during the development stage, while we were pursuing the project and working to bring it back on the air. Being part of a team from development all the way through filming had been a dream of mine, and I got to live it out.
